We are pleased to offer the above service. The practice will send you a text message approximately 24 hours before reminding you of the time of your appointment.

New Patient Registration

diaryBelow is the geographical area for the practice catchment area. If you live within this area you may register with this practice.
(Map of catchment area to follow)

If you would like to register with our practice please fill out the registration form (available online or from the surgery). We would also ask that you provide some form of identification when you register i.e. passport, birth certificate, photographic driving license or national identity card.

Please note that we require you to bring the completed registration form to the surgery for signature and to confirm your identification.

Completion of registration only takes place when you attend the nurse for a new patient check. We would be grateful if you would contact the surgery to arrange an appointment with Nurse Muir.
