At Templehill surgery the doctors, nurses & staff take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care,family planning services, minor surgery and childhood vaccinations.

New Patients Welcome
We would like to take the opportunity to welcome former 101 patients to Templehill Surgery. We look forward to providing your health care from 30th April 2018.
We have employed new reception, administration, medical and nursing staff in order to ensure that we can care for an additional 4,500 patients. We intend to expand and develop our current premises with the addition of 2-3 consulting rooms, disabled access doors and a larger reception area. A self-check-in facility will also be available for patients who wish to use it. There will also be additional disabled parking spaces immediately outside the surgery.
Are you 65 and over or have a long-term illness like COPD, Asthma, Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Stroke/TIA, Immunosuppressed or if you are a Carer please speak to the Reception staff to arrange an appointment.
Pregnant patients should contact their Midwife for an appointment.
Child Flu vaccine now available, please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
If you are unsure if you qualify for a free Flu Vaccination please contact your surgery.
