COVID-19 VACCINATION INFORMATION
Booster Vaccinations for Covid and Flu
The Practice will be vaccinating the following patients for Covid boosters and Flu
- those who are over 80 years of age
- housebound patients
We are having three clinics for patients who will be invited to attend for both vaccinations on the same day. These are:
- Saturday 23rd October 2021
- Thursday 28th October 2021
- Saturday 30th October 2021
Please only attend the clinic you have been invited to as we only have sufficient vaccine for these people. Housebound patients will be visited during the first 2 weeks in November.
All other categories will be vaccinated at the Mass Vaccination Centres.
We strongly encourage everyone to take up their invite.

Coronovirus Vaccination Certificate
You can now request a record of your Coronavirus Vaccination Status. If you are planning to travel abroad some countries may require this for entry.
Please see the link below to the Scottish Government website for information on how patients can access their vaccination status WITHOUT the need to contact their GP.
Patients will be able to access the their Covid-19 vaccination status online by logging onto
For those patients unable to access the information online they can call the Freephone Covid Status Helpline. Your vaccination certificate will be sent out to you by post.

Facemask Exemption Information for Travel
Please do not contact your GP Practice to ask for face covering exemption letters as this is not something that your GP can provide.
As per Scottish Government guidelines exemption certificates are not required, however should you need this for travel purposes for any Airline you can request a free face covering exemption card by phoning 0800 121 6240 or through the NHS Scotland http://exempt.scot/ http://exempt.scot/
